Go to USAG Website-->Login-->Member Services-->Meet Reservations->Find a meet-->Find and then Click Meet you are registering for->Click Competition Entries-->Select your gymnasts for the competitions with check boxes on the left. Then mail original with check made out to Triple T Sports Center to 619 E. Constance Rd Suffolk, VA 23434
