Who We Are

Triple T Sports Center is a multi-program youth development company dedicated to building strong hearts, minds, and bodies through movement, discipline, teamwork, and positive instruction.

Our programs include:

A gymnastics training facility serving recreational gymnasts and competitive team athletes
A licensed childcare program offering preschool, before and after school care, and summer camp
A Junior Ninja Warrior training center that develops strength, agility, balance, coordination, and confidence
A Taekwondo training center focused on self-defense, self-control, discipline, respect, and physical fitness
An All Star Cheer program offering beginner through advanced team opportunities

Although each program has its own skills, structure, and goals, they are united by one purpose: helping children grow into healthy, confident, responsible, and capable individuals.

Gymnastics

Our gymnastics classes begin by introducing young children to basic movement, body awareness, and safe use of gymnastics equipment. As students progress, classes build foundational skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence, and proper technique.

Students advance through structured skill progressions based on their age, readiness, ability, and individual development.

Cheer

Our cheer program offers instruction for students ranging from complete beginners to athletes preparing for competitive cheer.

Beginner classes introduce cheer motions, jumps, tumbling, teamwork, rhythm, and basic performance skills. More advanced classes focus on proper technique, strength, endurance, synchronization, confidence, and the skills needed for competitive cheerleading.

Ninja Warrior

Junior Ninja Warrior combines gymnastics, martial arts, and obstacle-course training.

The program emphasizes continuous movement, agility, strength, balance, coordination, problem-solving, and safe transitions between obstacles. Students learn proper techniques for running, jumping, climbing, swinging, landing, and safely rolling from one skill into the next.

Unlike traditional gymnastics, Ninja Warrior is not primarily focused on perfect form. The focus is on safe, controlled movement, creativity, confidence, and successfully navigating a variety of physical challenges.

Taekwondo

Our Taekwondo program is designed for children, teens, and adults with beginning through intermediate skill levels.

Students develop:

Discipline
Strength
Self-control
Confidence
Respect
Focus
Coordination
Self-defense skills

Classes combine physical training with the values and principles of martial arts to help students become stronger both physically and mentally.
