​We are seeking passionate and dedicated coaches to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in gymnastics/ninja and experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. This role involves educating young athletes in gymnastics/ninja techniques, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Coaches play a crucial role in developing the skills of our gymnasts/ninjas while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

Implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual gymnasts/ninjas.
Teach skills, techniques, and routines in a safe and effective manner.
Provide guidance on proper body mechanics, flexibility, strength training, and conditioning.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
Manage behavior effectively to maintain a focused training atmosphere.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize events, competitions, and showcases.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions.

Experience

Previous experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is preferred.
Background in gymnastics or related sports coaching (e.g., cheerleading, ninja, tumble) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of behavior management techniques to effectively engage with children and young athletes.
Experience in teaching physical education or related fields is a plus.
Strong communication skills to effectively educate and motivate students.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
